| Ellen. Jeanne and I send our condolences to you and your family. I was so greatful when Russell accepted a position at Pacific Grove Fire Department as the city's first Disaster Planner. Russell truly dedicated himself to this comprehensive project. The results of the disaster plan and the training of city personnel that Russell oversaw were remarkable. The city is well prepaired thanks to Russell. |
