Dear Jennifer,
On behalf of the entire library staff, I would like to offer our deepest condolences for the death of your father.
We all enjoyed our interactions with him and will miss him very much. (I have known your father and mother since I started here at the library 27 years ago) We are so grateful to him and your family for all they have done for the library. Please tell your family that we are thinking of them.
